Seems to me NurseGifts will have the most pertinent results when someone is searching Google for a gift for a nurse. None of your picks seem to define your proposed business. ForNursesByNurses is along the same lines should that shorter URL not be available.

I would go with NurseGifts. I think it would be easier to google.

The domain nursegifts .com is already taken. All the good ones are. Thats why I have to be creative.

Get more creative. Are you really dependent on a dot com domain for good SEO? Lots of other domains.

You can also expand your name for more chances of a dot com address. GiftsForNurses. GreatGiftsForNurses. BestGiftsForNurses. BestNurseGifts. BestNurseGiftsEver (so you can compete against that current domain owner). FindGiftsForNurses. And so on. Find available ones and check SEO scores. Another way to check is to purchase the domains and do a cross check for popularity using Google Adwords. Cheap way to find out which domain gets clicked on more.
