hi to you all. i am a 2nd yr nursing student. can someone help me give advice on how to make questions using GOrdon's 11 functional pattern?? can u give me examples?? and can someone help me how to do physical assessment?? can someone give me advices about physical assessment or websites where i can learn more about physical assessment. thankyou in advance..

since you are a nursing student i would like to recommend that you check out the nursing student forums on allnurses. you can get a listing of them by clicking on the "students" tab at the top of each webpage on allnurses. in particular, you will find threads that have "sticky" on them. they appear at the very top of every page that lists the threads. many of these "sticky" threads have helpful information and weblinks in them to help students learn that particular subject of nursing. you will also find students asking all kinds of questions on the nursing student forums to get help in understanding things they are learning about in nursing school. in particular, i would suggest you check out the nursing student assistance forum and the general nursing student discussion forum. you can also search the allnurses threads for specific subjects to pull up older threads and get information that way.
