Does anyone have an idea about the courses that are required in addition to the core classes? Ive been looking some up online but I can only find the Aids and 0050. Nothing else on CPR, American Heart Association, or Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Also how is everyone else on the medical terminology Im surprised thats not a required class. I mean we all have been through anatomy but there so much more terminology that I would think that would come with the requirements. I also hear that there are shots needed for clinicals does anyone know where we can get those shots at once. I would hate to have to keep going to the clinic doctor to take all those shots at individual appointments

They send you an acceptance packet that has all of this info. In fact the last semester wasn't even allowed to post any info from the packet online because if caught they would forfeit there spot.
For the poster who asked how the classes for LPN work, I started last January and I'm currently in my final stretch so I'll be happy to answer that....here's the rundown.
You'll start out with Fundamentals 1. If you haven't taken A&P, you will also take Body Structures right off the bat.
In March, you will move on to Funds 2.
In May, you will start Gerontology and Pharmacology together.
In July, you will take Ob/Peds.
In September, Med/Surg 1
In November, Med/Surg 2
Hope that helped.

I think everyone on here has a great chance I really hope that I get the campus of choice but bc I did both campuses but I'd be ecstatic if I got in period. I'm not risking it !!!
