3 phone interviews and no offer yet.....

I have had 2 phone interviews with the hospital, now another with HR set up for tues, and no offer yet... Has this happened to anyone else? and what is your opinion? I have been an RN (without hospital experience in nursing)for 1 year, but an LPN for 5, and prior to that a tech (at the same hospital as phone interviews) for 3 years...:uhoh3: I am worried...
