Phone interview!

So I got an offer for a phone interview at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. This is an initial interview, if all goes well I would be offered a face to face interview. The woman I talked to who will be interviewing me is from HR (not sure if she is a nurse). Any tips/advice, possible questions they may ask? I have some notes to common questions already (strengths / weaknesses) and some clinical experiences. Any info would be appreciated!
