Phoenix Children's Hospital?

Does anyone know how Phoenix Children's Hospital is? I'm going to call tomorrow to inquire about new graduate nursing programs, but I wanted to see if anyone here works for them or has heard good/bad things about this hospital?

I'm really interested in going into a new grad NICU program. The recruiter I've been talking with at Banner said Banner Desert Sam has a great NICU but doesn't usually hire new grads. That really disappointed me because I've heard great things about Banner, but if they don't hire for the program that I want to get into, what else can I do?

I looked on the Phoenix Children's website and they have a new graduate nurse NICU program. I'm going to call tomorrow and get more info. What do yall think? Any insight anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated! :)
