Hi! I just got my exit paperwork for me to submit to the board for the state of Pa for the VRP/phmp. It asks me to list 3 reasons I should be allowed to return to unmonitored practice. Is there anything anyone has experience with what to write in here? Are they looking for anything in particular or is it as simple as "I've complete this program for 3 years with no incidences or missed work days" etc. not sure what to put there and just wanted to hear others experiences. Thanks in advance!
