Hi,
Please help! I have an interview tomorrow with a home hospice agency in the Philly suburbs. It's for a weekend on- call salaried position, and I had NO idea what the salary should be when I was taken off guard and asked about my "requirements." So I just gave an estimate based on the salary I had in acute care, which was $27.00/hr, or "mid-fifties." The recruiter sounded gleeful, and so I checked out online salary stuff and see that pay is closer to the mid 60s. Anyone have any idea? I could just kick myself. I don't want to undercut myself or the profession!
Thanks!

I think VNA pays per visit for home health.
