Philippine Grad. Need help

I took my BSN in the philippines and graduated 2007, however I didn't take the philippine license exam because I lived here in the US. I took the CA NCLEX RN twice but sadly didn't pass. As I tried to apply once again to retake it, the concurrency issue happened and I was not allowed to take it anymore. I then took my LVN exam and has been working as an LVN for the past 6 years. I still want to get my RN but I don't know how to move forward from here. I was wondering what the requirements are for Oregon RN, if anyone can help me pls????

Hi. Whats you email? I am RN in Oregon. Currently endorsing my license here in California. They required me to retake MS and OB and was able to finished both subjects too. Oregon application can be quite confusing, I would be gladly to help
