Philadelphia RN Pay Rates

Hello Philly Nurses! I am curious what the hourly pay and differential is for nurses at hospitals in Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas. Please post below if you do not mind sharing!

I’ll go first! I work at CHOP. Started as a New Grad getting $30.87/hr which then increased to $38.84/hr when I was a Clinical Nurse after a year. They recently had a market adjustment in the Summer that increased my pay to $43.61/hr. I just got my first merit raise increasing my hourly pay to $45.01. I work night shift and get a $4/hr shift differential on top of that!
