Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody could tell me if any one of the anesthesia schools in the Philadelphia area is considered "better" over the other. Meaning in terms of the overall approach they have with their students, variety of clinical sites, financing, etc. I am currently working on my BSN and have requested information from the following schools: Villanova, St Joes, LaSalle, and Drexel. Is there anybody currently attending these schools or have any insight into them?? I am curious to find out "inside" information. :)
Thanks,
S

I think all the Philly area schools are excellent and produce quality CRNAs. I have talked to grads from just about all the programs who have spoken highly of their specific program. As with any school, there will be slight differences and each school will have it's own pros and cons. I inte4rviewed and was accepted to Villanova, so I have a little more info on thier program. Feel free to PM me with questions.

I interviewed and was accepted to both Lasalle/Montgomery Hosp. and Villanova/Crozer. I decided to go to Villanova because they could take me a year sooner. Villanova, Nazareth, and Lasalle all participate in the shared curriculum, which means your first year you will all have class together because they share professors.
