Waiting to hear from PHCC regarding my app for RN/LPN. I have a 3.5 gpa in the pre req's and a 75 on the reading comp (net). I am anxious to hear something.
What do you think your odds are of getting in?
does anyone know if we are just supose to print the background checks off the internet or are they going to mail it to us and we are supose to make copies? i have my results off the the website but i dunno if i should just print it off and make copies or wait for an official copy in the mail does anyone know?
i get my physical on thur but i have to got to the lab like friday for the titer and all that. the lab told me they could fax my results like 2 days after i do them so i hope they will take a fax at the orientation!:uhoh3:
the lab results are going to take at least a week to come in if you are having all the titers drawn. i work at a dr's office and labcorp took 6 days for them to come back.
First, Congratulations to all of you accepted to the Jan 2010 PHCC Nursing Program! I will be joining you in your studies. I'm glad that I stumbled across this website and that I have found the PHCC related threads.
Concerning the required paperwork, did anyone have 2 background checks run? I had one run through Certified Background which the school gets access to the report and I had a FDLE background check performed as well. I just want to see if anyone else ran the 2 as well.
I am good to go for the orientation; all paperwork completed. If anyone needs a physical there is a place in Spring Hill (Mariner and Northcliffe) in the Publix center, that performs physicals for work, school, etc. if you can't get a physical with your Dr.
Wow, congrats to everyone. I will be seeing you at orientation. I am so far behind some of you. I still need to get so much done it seems. I received my packet yesterday, it answered most of my questions. Does anyone have their books yet? I've heard the first few weeks of class are rough. Can't wait to meet everyone!!!!
