PHCC: FALL 2010 LPN STUDENTS Introduce yourself

Published

I know that there are several other PHCC threads but I thought it might be nice to have our own. So here it goes:

My name is Kelly and I will be attending the WC evening/weekend program. I will probably be the eldest of our class, although I hope not, I have been married to my husband for 17yrs and we have one daughter who is soon to be 14. My husband in in the Air Force and we have lived around the world for the past 16yrs, now it is finally my chance to work on my education. I am very excited to be an LPN student but I also realize the next year will be very tough.

Anybody interested in our own Facebook page?

Hi! My name is Jennifer and I too will be going to the WC evening/ weekend program. I am very excited about this. I am totally up for starting a facebook page.

Hey! I'm Alicia and will also be at WC evening/weekend. I have been married for 5 years and have 4 kids (4 yr old daughter, 3 yr old son, and 13 month old identical twin boys.) My husband was in the Army for 4 years so my schooling was also put on hold while raising kids. My ultimate goal is to become an ARNP one day. I absolutely cannot wait for classes to start, I know it will be hard but I will love it! See you all soon!

I would love for you to start a facebook page! We can put faces to names and maybe feel a little more comfortable at orientation.

Oh, I was at the pasco county heath dept last week getting my titers/tetorifice shot and ran into another lady who will also be in LPN evening/weekend! It was nice meeting a future classmate!

Sorry I am on vacation and have not been checking the board. I added a group on Facebook, search PHCC LPN Fall 2010 WC. It is open so you can add yourself, at some point later we can decide if we need to make the group private, and of course NC students are also welcome. I just thought if they want there own FB group the title made it easier.

Joined the facebook group :) Hope more join in!
