Attached are 12 Word documents which I made when I took pharmacology. All the information was based on the ATI study guide since that constituted the final exam in our class.
Updated:
Members are discussing issues related to downloading and printing index cards for studying pharmacology. They are sharing tips on how to print the cards, discussing the use of specific templates, and expressing gratitude for the helpful resources provided. Additionally, there are questions about symbols used on the cards and clarification on their meanings, specifically related to pregnancy categories.
These are formatted as 3x5 cards and were printed on individual 3x5 cards.
Have at 'em if you think they'll help... they certainly worked for me.
Again, they are entirely my own creation based on the information out of the ATI book. I make no promises as to their accuracy (though I rocked pharm so they couldn't be too bad).
Feedback is welcome.

I'm not certain but I think they should print OK even if you just load 4x6 cards into the feeder.
It might also work to change the paper size in your printer settings. On my WinXP machine w/ Word 2003, it's just a matter of opening up the "properties" menu from within the print dialog box and doing it there.
Otherwise, you can open the 'Page Setup' window within Word and change the paper size there. It took me a little experimentation with the settings to get them to print but ended up printing them all.
I do recall that I printed all the odd pages and then all the even pages in order to duplex the cards because my printer couldn't duplex.
It's been several years since I did these so I don't recall the exact details of the printer set-up.
Thank you for sharing your flashcards. Our school insists on having us use the Maxi Learn card system. This is a good system, however you must put in all the information-and when you are overwhelmed with other homework and studying this gets annoying! I have a nursing drug book and drug flashcards, but this narrows down the key points to know.

We weren't required to make drug cards, we were just required to know the material.
I fiddled around with different approaches but finally settled on this one because I could make use of font, symbols, and spacing - as well as automatic numbering - to make them be what I wanted them to be. I created them over about 2-3 weeks I'd done something similar for physiology and microbiology so I had the template already put together.
I find it irritating when instructors insist on a method rather than simply judging the result. Our program was pretty good about letting us do what we wished but holding us accountable for the information on the comprehensive finals.
Is there a way that this can be printed on a letter document with multiple pages per sheet of paper? I am having trouble printing them double sided with my printer on index cards and I would like a hard copy of these in full sheets with about 6 cards on one printed page. How would I be able to do that?

You should be able to do what you're talking about.
In the print dialog in MS Word, there's a choice that says, "Pages per sheet" switch that to 6 and you should have what you're looking for.
You'll also need to change the paper size to letter size
