Wondering whether anyone has good/bad feedback on PESI Healthcare courses or virtual events. I am always leery when I see an 80% savings on a conference, are they just ripping people off? Or is because with the virtual format they can accommodate so many more people that they don't need to charge the exorbitant fees they used to. It's a virtual critical care summit and the topics look very reasonable. The price isn't much, but since it would be coming out of my own pocket I don't want to pay for garbage.
