Hi there! Quick question when I'm applying for my endorsements for both Cali & WA should I list my permanent address (which is a TX address I'm using & where I currently hold my RN license) or list the AR address I'm staying at for the time being until I take off with my first travel assignment?

It is up to you. Boards require addresses where you can be reached so be prepared to change if you change. If your permanent address if really permanent, use that.
Are you winging your travel adventure without considering a tax home? Without one, you will have to pay taxes on your agency housing or stipend, per diems, and travel allowance.
I was planning on using a friend's address in TX for the permanent one b/c I heard that my permanent one needed to match the state in which I hold my current RN license, but my family lives in AR and that's where I'm staying until I get my official travel assignment. So that's why I didn't know what to put down on my licensure endorsement application. What do you recommend NedRN or what have you done in the past?
I figured I would just use the TX address as the place I'd list for taxes.
If you are planning on using your Texas license as a compact license, you need to reside there. The requirements for a tax home are higher, using a friend's address won't cut it. I would recommend doing some research on compact licensure and perhaps calling the Texas board of nursing about it. Practicing without a license in another compact state could cost you you livelihood. You can read more about tax homes on PanTravelers and TravelTax, there is much more to it than your recruiter will tell you. You can't just use any address.
