I recently graduated and passed the NCLEX, however, my father recently was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I am the sole caregiver. While I want to get a paying RN position, I also need to take care of my father for the next 6 months. Is anyone aware of per diem new grad positions in the Los Angeles area? 0 Likes

As a new grad, you don't have this experience. Any employer who would hire you like that is putting your license in jeopardy and doesn't care about you, or any patients that you would serve, they are looking for a warm body to sacrifice, so to speak 0 Likes
