I have already submitted my PA RN license by endorsement application. Originally, I chose “no” for a TPP on that application. Since this process is taking so long, is there anyway that I can apply for a TPP now?

Everything involved with PA licensing boards taking longer as staff working from home and this is even year for license renewals. Seeking an application for TPP will only make endorsement process longer. IMHO.
PA requires a 3 hr child abuse course for new PA license, 2hr course for each relicensure PRIOR to license approval --did you complete one as online results sent to BON directly.

Thanks for replying so quick!
I submitted everything on 4/21/20. Everything including my CHRC, child abuse CE, letter of good standing, and transcript are all completed on my PALS portal checklist.
The reason I asked about a RN TPP is because they are being processed much quicker right now due to COVID. Do you know of any way to apply for a RN TPP if you’ve already selected “no” for TPP on the license by endorsement application?

It has been 9 weeks for me since my application has been submitted. I have seen other people’s posts that it has taken 5-6 months in the recent years. I have sent 5+ messages to [email protected] and [email protected] over the last few weeks and have not received a single reply.
Since I am on a time constant for moving from VA to PA, that’s why I am interested in a TPP. I have even emailed the PALS help desk about how to apply for a TPP after my endorsement application has already been submitted due to the delays in license processing right now but have not received a reply about that either..
Do you have a facility hiring you or home/apt moving to?

you can email them and they will send you the directions. It's just a form and a $70 fee .

Did you ever figure out how to get your TPP? I am having the same problem. I've accepted a job and they want me to start but I chose "no" on the original application. I can't find a form to apply for the TPP separately.
