Penn Medicine Hiring Process

Hey ya'll

I just graduated nursing school and am looking to get a job through the Penn Medicine system in Philadelphia, either at Penn Presbyterian or HUP. Can anyone here tell me what the hiring process is like? How long does it for HR to reach out for an interview? How many interviews are there? What are they like? What is the starting rate for a CN1 in the Penn Medicine system?
