Hi this is my first post on here! So I just found out that I passed my boards. It was my third time! So guess third time is a charm worked for me! First two times I had only 75. This time I got the full 265. So I was so nervous I had no idea if I had pass or not. Promised my self I would not try the PVT that I would just wait and see. So next morning I woke up and check wv Bon site and I have an active license. I couldn't do anything but cry. Emotions just ran through me!!! I couldn't believe I'm finally an RN!
Ok so that was my story on passing my boards. My question is if anyone on here from wv can recommend a good way to find a job in pediatrics?

Apply. You cannot get hired if you don't apply. Apply for hospitals. Outpatient if they have pedi rehab. There is pediatric private duty but not recommended for inexperienced new grads as you must have strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a strong knowledge base as you are on your own with no on site support. ,
