peds hem/onc/bmt

Hello fellow pedi nurses,

I have a question....I have an interveiw at a large childrens hospital next week on the pedi hem/onc unit. I am soooo excited! This is the specialty I have wanted to do since I was 14 and I really want it. I am a new (but semi experianced - 2 years of peds) nurse. I want to ask intelligent questions that relate specifically to the unit and the patient population...if anyone has ideas I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, if anyone is in this specialty and remembers interview questions, I wolud appreciate that as well :)

This is my first time working (as a nurse) with these type of patients, I have always done the chronic/dd/vent population.
