PEDs Assessment this morning!

Good Morning!

I am a student nurse and have to do a pediatric assessment this morning at a day care center. We are to use the Denver II scale. However, I want to be sure I know the correct way to use it. We were never taught really, and I am a bit nervous. The scale we are using is a photo copy and it is hard to read. Does anyone have any websites or ideas to help me? Please :) Thank you so much!
