Pediatric Policy and Procedures

I would check local hospitals. I work at a hopital with 15 paeds beds, and we call the Toronto Sick Childrens Hosp. all the time with questions. Speak to the co-ordinator about your situation, she should be able to give you a list of a few policies you need to have in place and where to start.

I am a CNS with a basic population of adults. We are starting to admit pediatric patients to our hospital. Can anyone give me a good source for policies/procedures that can be used on this floor. We do not expect a large population but we need to be prepared. We are just starting out and need all the help we can get.
