Pediatric Oncology NP @ UPenn, Emory - getting in?

Published

Specializes in Pediatrics.

I'm very interested in the Pediatric Oncology NP programs at UPenn (first choice) and Emory (second choice). However, I was wondering as to how difficult it is to get in?

I will graduate with my BSN with either a 3.4 or 3.5, but feel like that probably won't be high enough.

Last I looked Emory doesn't have a pediatric oncology NP program. They have an acute peds and primary care peds. Rush and Baylor are the other programs I'm aware of besides Penn. Also I don't believe that Georgia accepts AOCNP certification.
