Hello All!
I am working on my first pediatric care plan.
My patient was a 3-year old child who was admitted for an asthma exacerbation. The day that I took care of him he was being discharged. For my care plan we have to find 3 GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT NURSING DIAGNOSIS! The patient is well competent for his age and is meeting all the milestones for a 3 year old.
PLEASE, ANY HELP IS VERY WELCOMED AND NEED!
