Hi :)
Pro: Kids are more casual, funny, relaxed.
Con: Alot of time parents are present when you do procedures, so you're kind of under pressure while they watch.
Pro: Kids teach you ALOT about relating to patients
Con: Sometimes, especially with the younger ones who don't understand you are there to help, you kind of end up being 'scary' to them; after all, you're the one doing painful things like needlesticks
Pro: You're in a position to protect kids who may be at risk (as a mandated reporter)
