Pediatric jobs- where to look?

I'm graduating from a BSN program in May and am getting overwhelmed applying for jobs. I get turned down straight away for all regular RN jobs in peds and all of the residencies seem like they're all overwhelmed with applicants. I'm willing to relocate almost anywhere in the U.S. so If you all know of any good children's hospitals or pediatric units that are not as well-known, please let me know!
