Pediatric home nurses

Hello! Can you tell me what private duty pediatric nurses make in your area? I'm a BSN working in ped home health in AZ, also a medical mama. Of course we have a shortage of night nurses. I think it's to do with pay rate. I think for new RNs, they're starting at less than $30/hr. Not much more for experienced BSNs though! Thanks for your input.

I live in Portland, OR. I am a peds home health RN with my BSN and 5 years of experience. My current base rate is $34/hr. Maxim pays the least ($20/hr last I checked), and KidsCare pays the most (currently $41/hr). I'm willing to take the hit to have more control hours and working environment.

I am an ADN RN and have worked in PDN  for several years. In the central Texas area pay is usually $34-40/hr depending on the agency and condition of the patient. Trach and vent pay better. I currently make $39/hr.
