Does anyone know of a good website for looking up peds drug dosages? I'm going nuts with sites that list only adult dosages, and say that "pediatric doses vary and must be specified by the prescriber". Duh! Don't they get the concept of mg/kg? Thanks for letting me vent!

If you are looking for a really handy drug resource book (small enough to fit into your pocket) the following book is provided to all staff on my unit. The only potential drawback is that it is Australian, but I have never come across any discrepancy in the doses.
Frank Shann, Drug Doses.
It can be ordered the Child Health Information centre, Royal Childrens Hospital, Parkville, Victoria 30525, Australia.
