I'm a former inpatient pedi med/surg nurse, current school nurse and nurse manager for my district of schools. I oversee 4 other nurses in addition to covering my own school. One of my responsibilities as the manager is finding programming for our professional development days. Our district prefers that we do continuing ED that is relevant to our practice and available to do as a group, so I'm wondering if anyone has recently done an online continuing ED series in peds nursing that you really liked. Ideally, the series would be 6 or more CEUs.
A good example was this past year, we did the Northeastern University School Health Academy's HEAL Asthma series and added on their program on the newest asthma protocols from a Boston Children's pulmonologist. It was 4 webinars, for a total of 6.5 CEUs. It was really informative and met our goals.
Any leads on anything like this would be great! Thanks!
