Pearson vue trick guidance?

So I took my exam today at 8. I did the Pearson vue trick 5 1/2 hours later. I got the good pop-up. I've been reading some say it doesn't work but then some don't do it the right way or something. Is it too early to do the pop-up? Did I pass with the good pop-up? I've started my new graduate program star rn and if I don't pass I can't continue... :,( any advice?

Also do any of you guys know if my name won't appear till Monday since I took it on Saturday??

I wonder why they make us wait.why can't we see if we passed right there and then.it's nervwrecking!!!!:/

I am in the same boat as you! I got the good pop up but am reading different things. I also am in a program where if I don't pass by August I cannot continue.

Because rhe NCLEX is scored twice: once by the algorithm as you go (that's what cuts it off and determines what questions you get), and once by a person at PV for quality control, within 24 hours. That's why people are getting caught out for doing the PVT too early - the final scoring hasn't been done yet.

So then the scoring is done in less than 4 hours? Because I had the good pop-up consistently (checked every 4 hours) and yesterday i got quick results and passed. Today I see my name! :D

If you get lucky, it might be done that quickly. But you can't rely on it!

I took my nclex on 6/13 and waited 2 hours and tried the trick AND--- it worked! passed Nclex with 75 questions and left the testing center in an hour and 10 mins!! I did the trick for my lpn and it worked too!
