I just sent off my information to take the Pearson Vue exam in Wisconsin. I also just took the practice exam on their website and found it not to be too difficult. Can anyone who has recently taken the Pearson Vue comment on the difficulty level of the written exam? Did anyone use any outside aids for studying?
Thank you,
Kimberly

They administer a variety of different test...which one are you going to take?
I am taking the nursing assistant exams. I took their practice one online and it was easy. However, there are other questions I have seen out there that are more thought provoking. Do the CNA exams vary by state?
oh yes,
its not bad at all. Good luck! The skills portion of the test is what you want to be focus most of your prep time on. Know each step and know it well.

When I took the test, I had a great person who was testing me on the skills part. If I was forgetting something, she would kind of help me out. She would say things like, "What would you do first?" I thought it was pretty easy, but it is easy to forget little things.
Whoohoo!!! I passed the exam and skills. I am now officially a CNA. I would agree that I felt the exam was no big deal. I had fairly decent skills to perform, but it amazing how nervous you get. I had an awesome tester who was encouraging and relaxed. It was a great day. I took the exam in Waupaca.
Thank you everyone,
Congrats! I am glad you passed. Yes, I remember the feeling you get before taking the test, it can drive you crazy! Good luck on your future as a CNA!
