I just accepted a position in the ER at SW med center. I've been working in a disaster of a level 1 trauma center, so I can't imagine it would be worse, but does anyone have insight on this particular hospital? I understand they were recently bought out and their is some dissent with the changes in place. Anyone have any words of wisdom?

Hi there, just wondering how you like the ER at Peacehealth SW? I'm moving to Vancouver in a few months and am hoping to find an ER position but I haven't heard much about either Peacehealth or Legacy Salmon Creek.
