    I just accepted a position in the ER at SW med center. I've been working in a disaster of a level 1 trauma center, so I can't imagine it would be worse, but does anyone have insight on this particular hospital? I understand they were recently bought out and their is some dissent with the changes in place. Anyone have any words of wisdom?
