PDA acceptance survey

Please help us understand PDA acceptance by taking an online survey. Your input is very important!!!

I am a PhD student at the University of Maryland School of Nursing , and I am currently conducting an online survey to learn more about factors that affect clinicians' decisions to use or not to use Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) in their practices. If you are (1) a physician, registered nurse or pharmacist working in a clinical setting; (2) age 18 years or older; (3) know what a PDA is; and (4) able to use the Internet to submit the completed online questionnaire, please click on the following link to participate the survey.

Participate the survey or go to: http://www.pda-survey.com

If you know anyone who may be a good candidate for the survey, please forward this e-mail to him/her. Your participation will contribute to the body of knowledge of health and nursing informatics and your response is greatly appreciated.
