PCICU travel jobs--do they exist?

I am currently interviewing for a CICU position at a top Children's Hospital. This would be a step up for me from my current adult ICU job at a community hospital. However, my goal is to travel within the next two years, and I'm not sure how many positions are available in peds CICU, especially in this crappy economy. Travelers, do these jobs exist? Also, if I move on to peds, I will have about 17 months in the adult ICU....would I be able to look for travel positions in both areas? I'm guessing the PCICU jobs would keep me in major cities, and adult jobs would put me in more rural areas.

as far as PCICU goes, the children's hospital I work at does hire travelers. I am at Children's national in DC, a new grad in the NICU. When I had the first week of nursing orientation there were many travelers and a few in the PICU/PCICU. As far as the economy goes, well I can't tell you more than that :-)
