Pay scales

Could you all share what the current pay scales are in different settings in in the cincy/dayton areas?

I am about to interview at senior homes and an LTAC , and I want to come across as somewhat informed about this area of the interview. Not a good negotiator either and this is to be my first job in 4 years so i am a bit lost.

Do they also offer any benefits etc? I am looking particularly for tuition reimbursement assistance ( plan to start my masters) and if poss any health insurance cover...is that asking for too much in these lean times? Am I being unrealistic? Also how is malpractice insurance covered? by us or the employer?

Also have applied to several hospital based positions in Med surg and critical care, still to hear back from them though and wanted to know how the pay compares and whats the norm..i want a job but don't want to be taken advantage of either..
