Health benefits just depends upon your needs. There are lots of plans you can purchase for your family if there is nobody with pre-existing conditions. BCBS, Humana, etc. There are many. HSA's are a pretty good option now. As far as number of shits being ft, it just depends. One place I worked requried 4/12's one week and 3/12's the next week. There are other places where it is 3/12's, and some places are going back to Baylor. You just have to look around.

i am moving in april or at least when i secure work and i am curious as to health benefits and what is the best options for single family..blue cross blue shield tec... do you have to have your own malpractice insurance.
also is fte 3 twelve shift in 7 .... or can you sometimes pick up an extra shift?
any sign on or relocating bonuses out there that you know of?
