Not sure. I notice they keep on advertising the same jobs over and over again and never seem to fill them. I applied for a job there a year ago and when I logged on to apply for a similar position it told be I had already applied.
Good luck!
I was told I got the job. But, HR would call me with an offer. Just wondering what I should expect. So, I don't get offered something to low. I know the avg is $17-$22 but I get more than that now where I am.

you couldn't pay me enough to work there.
that said, their wages are competitive.

How so? I have worked at a few places, and none are the best, you just have to decide what you want to tolerate. Get back to me.

Bad bad place to work. Seriously, there's not enough money in the world.
Again, how so? What state?

I worked at Kindred it is the worst place I ever worked. I wished I never worked there, pleases enter with care, caution, and an exit plan. The clients are dead, kept alive on machines.
They do this to keep money coming in or family members? Big difference.
California location?
The company it's self is fine or?
What is the difference? The families bring the money to Kindred, without the families to consent to treat, Kindred would not get paid. Would you want to just lay dead? Families are told there is hope, mom will recover, dad will breath again, your son has a chance after a fatal accident. We nurses know better. Their clients have tubes and machines to breath, pee, eat, clean blood, turn positions, medication to elevate heart rates, lower them, and pressures.... we haven't come up with a machine to think for clients just yet.
Not sure of your age nor how long you have been a nurse. I think you missed the point. No need to reply. Thanks. Your looking for a fight, not going to give it. Move along.
