Pay Income Tax on Nurse Corps Loan Repayment?

Hi All,

    I received a W2 from Nurse Corps this year.  If it is added with my jobs W2 when filing income tax, it makes it seem that I made way more than I do.  I suppose we still have to claim it?  What other tax advice have you guys received?  I understand that no one can be held liable to this advice.
