There are way too many variables to give you a good answer. There are RN's in my facility (hospital) making anywhere from $40-100,000, depending on education and responsiblity. If money is the only consideration then your best chance for it is in a hospital where you can make yourself a valuable asset thru certifications and experience. But IMHO the stress level is too high for some of those positions.

I do bedside nursing at the community hospital here at the beach. I also just interviewed for a position with Hospice...Hospice pays almost 3 dollars an hour more....guess it depends on where you are
