pay in central florida?

I am interviewing for a icu job in central florida- I have 4 years ICU exp. plus 6 years other floor experience, what type of pay could I reasonably ask for?

Anyone know what GNs in the area start at?

I cant tell you specifics as it's dependant on each facility. I can tell you that Central Florida is one of the lowest paid areas not only in the State but the nation. As I went from making over $35/hr in PA to under $21.00 in Florida and have been an RN for 28 years. As a DON I was making 27/hr but on a salary basis at $1080/wk. Florida is also an at will state with very poor employee rights.
