Patient teaching handouts-Clip art needed

Does anyone have any suggestions where I can locate clip art to purchase for patient teaching handouts we have developed? I need clip art to add to handouts for home care/hospice patients and caregivers and have been unable to find anything but generic images (pictures of nurse etc). We need examples of turning/positioning, catheter care etc. There are a few pre-developed patient teaching programs/web-based patient teaching programs available, but out handouts are already written with exception of the clip art/pictures. Any help would be appreciated!

I have always just googled or used yahoo also microsoft website has clip art by catagory such as health care/

I have done this as well, but the free clip art does not include things like catheter care and other medical procedures. I found sites that have those things but taking the drawings or pictures violate their copyright...Thanks for answering though!
