Patient Education in OP Settings

Hi Everyone,

I'm doing a study on RNs' patient education in non-specialty outpatient settings (internal medicine/general medicine/family medicine). The study consists of a 15 minute phone interview that is all.

No gimmicks, not trying to sell anything. My boss threw this on me this morning, and wants it done by Friday and I've exhausted all my personal contacts.
