Hey Everyone,

In addition to just getting accepted to Nursing School, now I got myself a new job. I start at Weirton Medical Center as a PCT the 18th!!! It's a major change from the nursing homes that I have been working in and it's only 10 minutes from school, which means I'll be able to work afternoon shifts after class.:roll I was worried about whether I'd get the job or not since I only have year's experience and it's all nursing home work, but hey, we all get lucky sometimes. The coolest part is that my boyfriend just got hired there as a monitor tech. We won't be on the same floor, but if we both work afternoon shift on the same day we'll probably be able to ride to work together which will save us both on gas in the long run. Well, I am getting a bit long-winded so I will talk to everyone later.

Thanks. I'm telling ya I am gonna need all the luck I can get though. I've never worked in a hospital. In nursing homes the only other medical people I deal with are Nurses. Now I am gonna deal with more I am sure.
