okay, so i know we are supposed to write pathophysiology statements about the disease. i wrote mine (for my major nursing care plan about a NSTEMI, but then i realized that the nstemi was an event, related to CAD, right? so i should adjust my patho statement to be about CAD and not NSTEMI? or do you think it will be okay as NSTEMI? what do ya'll think? thanks in advance for your advice.

coronary artery disease is a medical diagnosis and a condition which describes, well, unhealthy coronary arteries. this would have pathophysical effects.
mi is a medical diagnosis and a condition which describes death of some myocardium. that would seem to have some pathophysical effects .
acs, acute coronary syndrome, may or may not have any lasting effects.
so you have some choices. justify them .
