Pathophysio diagram for spinal fusion

Hi everyone, my school requires me to do a patho diagram of each system (neuro, respiaratory, cardiac, etc) based on a patient. My patient has severe pain and muscle spasms due to a spinal fusion. Do you guys know which exact system I can address the pain and muscle spasms in? Will it be addressed in the neuro/sensation section?

How about you go look there and find out? And if it is, then you're all set. If it isn't, where else might you look?
