who passed the PN exam? What studying material did you use?

I have taken my Nclex PN twice now and have not passed. I used Kaplan and I completely failed it miserably. I did really good in school, but when it comes to the Nclex I can't feel confident at all and the second time I took the test i felt like my answers were correct and end up failing miserably. If any nurses out there felt like I did and used a different study method I would much appreciate your input. thank you

I recently graduated as a VN, and I am studying Uworld. It was recommended by someone who graduated from the last class and passed on her first try two weeks after graduation.

I took it last year and used the Saunders book

I took mine in 2015 and used Saunders and passed with 85 questions. I also had Kaplan but the questions were too hard do I didn't really use it but Kaplan rationales are great. The Kaplan decision tree helps tremendously. Don't they give you a report on what content areas you missed when you fail? You need to remediate on your weak areas and do as many NCLEX questions as possible.

I passed my nclex a year ago. I read a little bit of the Saunders review book, did 1500 Kaplan, and 1000 Saunders questions. Make sure to do a lot of SATA questions. Goodluck to you!!

I took mine April of this year. I read the fundamentals chapter in Saunders and did you world. I studied for a month straight and passed first attempt with 85 questions. You can do it!!!

I took NCLEX-PN last year and did the Hurst Review Live with my class for 2 or 3 days. It was great. It broke the information down simply, I loved it. After the Live session was over, we had access to online tests and study materials. My PN classmates and I can proudly say we all (14 of us) passed at 85 questions. :)
