I said I would come back and post my experience once I passed. Well the first time I took the test I scheduled it right after graduating which was a horrible idea looking back at it. I was stressed out about finals and graduation. I showed up to take the NCLEX I felt anxious and I let the anxiety take over. My anxiety worsen once I hit #76 I gave up on myself and failed. The first week after failing I cried and felt depressed I snapped out of and began to study once again. I did the HURST review I listened to the lectures everyday where I knew every single word of it. I used Kaplan questions and answered 100 questions a day. By the time I had rescheduled my test I felt confident. The day before my test I relaxed all day and no studying at all. The day of I drank chamomile tea and ate a banana (I read somewhere it would lower your anxiety) I felt very confident on test day. During the test one hour in I took a break a relaxed. Honestly the test seemed easier, because I was more prepared. Don't let failing the NCLEX one time get you down, dust off and get it done. I passed my test a week ago and I already had my first job interview. Many of my classmates passed with 265 questions Please don't give up and keep pushing until you pass! Put in the work, pass the test and move on. YOU GOT THIS...

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and encouragement. I just found out that I did not pass on my first time and I am unbelievably crushed and heartbroken. It's been a few days now and I still haven't got the strength to study again. It's nice to hear that I'm not alone in this feeling. I hope I can snap out of it too and get back on track.
