Hello all!
I am applying for entrance into the LPN program at Passaic County Technical Institute in New Jersey and was wondering if anyone else here is either currently applying, is currently in the program, or has graduated from the program. For those of you who are in the program or graduated, I would love to hear some feedback in regards to the classes, clinical sites, and professors. I would also like to hear how some of you paid for the program or if you received any financial aid. I don't believe this program qualifies for the Pell Grant or Tag.
Any information would be very appreciated
Do not attend this school the program is unrealistic. They cram up way to much information that is not do able in one year.if you have a life eg kids. It's not for you. They want you to pay upfront then if anything is out of line they do not like about you they will drop and you lose all your money. PLEASE STAY AWAY LOOK FOR ANOTHER program from a legit school that you can pay over time

This was an awesome program. I graduated August 2019. I did the 1 year full-time. The instructors want you to succeed and do well. Make sure you pay attention in class, read, study and do the homework and you'll do great. I passed the NCLEX first time. They also give you a free 3 day NCLEX review with someone. She gave lots of tips and tricks on what to look for and how to answer NCLEX questions. You learn lots of skills especially during clinicals. The program prepared me well and I felt very comfortable working after graduating. I would definitely recommend it.
